This yarn is produced from the wool fiber of our F1 Valais Blacknose sheep, "Lavalie" #860. The originally natural white wool has been dyed a gorgeous blue color. The weight of this 3 ply yarn ranges between Sport and Fingering. Note that some vegetable matter is present, and that Valais Blacknose wool tends to be on the coarser side.
